To hell with chef comittee..I got the chef comittee for today..how suay!
I was praying hard this morning when i stepped into class that im not going to be the chef's comittee today..
Halfway through teaching in class while chef stopped for a while, christie who is from the back group came to front table and look through the job list for today..when she came back, I asked her..
"Do you see what my job for today? Am i the chef's comittee?"

She told me no..but when i checked it myself...I was like..My name is listed above...written

chef comitte:Nadine, Ignacia, Yana...OMG OMG! Today is going to be a disaster for me.

Then, halfway through making my cake, chef called me..to inspect the new arrivals,put them and arrange them by date in a freezer..HELLO!! I was halfway doing the cake..Even though i know..We cant say NO to chef..I was like so frustrated..after that..he made me carry the one carton of sugar which was so damn heavy..and put it in a box of sugar..
As soon as i finish being his slave, i rushed back to my table doing my cake..hoping to get in time along with others..This feeling was the same like yesterday..Never been relaxed these past few days!!!!

We made white chocolate swiss meringue today..and chef didnt do a demo on it..halfway doing it..i was like so panic!
What am i suppose to do next? im so lost..Luckily I hav denieza..I cant imagine if the two of us were panicked..We wont be able to produce any buttercream cake..hahaha..We were so busy..and the equipments are hell so heavy and BIG!! phewwwwww...
the good thing was..We finished it in time..considered fast, too...thats probably because of christie helped us..We get really well with other group. Christie,christian,indra and ignacia..we always help each other if there is problems..Like how christie helped us earlier..as soon as i know what to do, I remember every step of the process and I helped christian group just now..
yah..even though im not in their group..but i will not die helping them right..Cos they seem to be in need of help..
Unlike the front group..they are always competing with each other..There is no peace betwee them..OMG!

Then before going hme today, chef made us sit facing one another to have a meeting between all students..if anyone has any complain to each other...when chef was about to release us home, he saw a black basket bin and the white wall beside it was painted with chocolate. Then he said..

"I want anyone whoever did that stand up and clean that up before i can release all of us home"

Sad to say, nobody want to admit it..Alberto was like:"Come on people..you are not childish anymore.Just stand up and clean it up!!!"

Amy was like: "If nobody wants to clean it then I will clean it!!! Cos i have to work at 4!!" And then it became an argument between all..

Since nobody admitted, chef said..we all get no credits and he will clean it himself OR tomorrow morning we come to school early to scrub that wall off and we still can get credits for today..Everybody agreed on the 2nd option..

At the locker room area, everybody was accusing nadine..because she got her apron splashed with chocolate all over..bust she doesnt want to admit it..haizz...

what a day..I hope tomorrow we are not baking anymore cake..Maybe just decorating cake we made today..Cos i dont like the feeling where we have to bake..Everybody keep pissing off with each other..haizzz...

whatever..DONE for today! To hell with waking up early tomorrow..I should have stick with AA.
